Cellulite and Nutrition

Cellulite is a very common topographical modification in which the skin gets a face "orange peel" or "display layer". In this situation, changes occur in the fatty tissues and also to microcirculatory laid
They come from the blood and the lymphatic system which leads to hardening of the fibers of the connective tissue. Cellulite is a disorder that occurs primarily in women. Today 70-80% of women have cellulite at some point in their lives.

The whole strategy of prevention and treatment of cellulite should be based on a balanced diet, which includes:

- Low consumption of saturated fat (such as fat dairy and red meat)
- Low consumption of simple sugars (ie sugar, sweets, soft drinks)
- Attention to salt intake, especially hidden (canned, fast food, different sauces)
- Avoid fried consumption
- Adequate consumption of fruits and vegetables
- Controlled drinking coffee, preferred to filter and espresso
- Adequate hydration
- Weight loss when needed
- Increase physical activity
